Delivery and Shipping Information

  • All orders are by a courier service and can be tracked throughout the order process
  • If orders are under £30.00 there will be a delivery charge of £6.00 to England, Wales and mainland Scotland
  • FREE delivery on orders over £30.00 to England, Wales and mainland Scotland
  • £14.00 surcharge for Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man
  • We do not currently offer international shipping

Please expect delivery within 2-3 working days after your order has been accepted. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period, where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.

We work extremely hard to provide an outstanding and prompt service, however there may be factors outside of our control that mean delivery is longer than 2-3 days. In the unlikely circumstances you have not received your order in this time period, please contact our customer service team who will assist you further.

Returns and cancellation

Due to our fast-paced processing and dispatch we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Our returns and cancellation policy applies to purchases made online at Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on toiletries and gift sets. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances.

For all other products, if you are unhappy with your order you are entitled to a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt if you follow our return policy guidelines (subject to our terms and conditions).  Unless the item is faulty, the cost of returning is your responsibility, and we are unable to refund the original delivery cost.

We are unable to offer online exchanges; instead, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. Please ensure that your items are returned new, unused, and with their original packaging and tags attached. Please pack your items carefully to avoid delays in processing your refund, ensuring that each item is in it’s original packaging and that all labels are attached.

To return an item, please first contact us at with the below details:

  • Order number
  • Name and address
  • Reason for wanting to return the product

Our customer service team aim to respond in 2-3 working days.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please follow the above instructions and also attach a photograph clearly showing the issue. Once we have received this information, we will issue a freepost returns label.

Limited edition and pre-order items (such as our Baby Mama hoodie) are made to order and are therefore not eligible for a refund or exchange.
